Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are handled with clear eligibility rules so every order is reviewed fairly.

Return and Exchange Window

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Non-returnable items include:

  • Worn or damaged products
  • Customized or altered items
  • Sale or discounted items, unless defective.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be sent back before a refund or exchange is processed.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by 4PF Originals, such as wrong item, damaged item, or defective product.
